We Are Hiring: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Copper Manufacturing Business
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead and scale our fast-growing Copper Moulding & Manufacturing Business.
The ideal leader will have strong experience in manufacturing operations, global trade, and strategic business expansion.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the complete manufacturing operations including copper moulding, production of copper wires, pipes, and decorative copper products
Drive P&L accountability, ensuring profitability, cost optimization, and sustainable growth
Manage import-export operations and develop international trade partnerships
Expand domestic and global business development channels
Strengthen supply chain, procurement, and production efficiency
Build and mentor a high-performance leadership team
Identify new market opportunities, product lines, and strategic collaborations
Preferred Profile: Proven leadership experience in metal / copper / non-ferrous manufacturing industry
Strong understanding of global trade, exports, and industrial distribution channels
Track record of scaling manufacturing businesses profitably
Strategic thinker with operational excellence mindset
