Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - Mill Operations & Quality

Location: Delhi

Reports To: Board of Directors

Industry - Rice Exports, MNC

Mandatory - Rice Mill Operations experience mandatory

Summary: The CEO will lead overall strategy, operations, and culture, ensuring excellence in quality, compliance, and profitability. This role requires visionary leadership, strong P&L ownership, and the ability to drive digital transformation, operational efficiency, and stakeholder engagement across international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute strategic and operational plans.
• Oversee supply chain, quality assurance, and compliance with global food safety standards.
• Manage budgets, capital investments, and optimize procurement/pricing strategies.
• Build a highperforming leadership team and succession pipeline.
• Ensure risk management, governance, and business continuity.
• Represent the organization to investors, regulators, and industry associations.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of leadership in FMCG/food manufacturing with P&L responsibility.
• Experience in milling operations, exports, and international markets.
• Strong integrity, analytical skills, and ability to thrive in complex environments.
• Desirable: Six Sigma, ISO Lead Auditor, PMP certifications; exposure to agricommodity trading.
