Job Description
- Hiring a Chief Engineer for our upcoming hotel Taj Palace, Lucknow.
- Adhere to IHCL SOPs and multiple property specific brand standards as per latest guidelines.
- Work in Tandem to ensure all Renovation and Hotel routine Capex is approved and executed as per Schedule.
- Ensuring preventative/predictive maintenance programs for all the properties /equipment is in place and adhered to .
- Hotel Upkeep Guest rooms/Public areas /BOH PM, any recurring complaints to be noted and making of action plan
- Ensuring all Equipments are running and well maintained with Zero breakdown Hours. This is an essential KPI
Minimum Requirement-
- BE /B.Tech Electrical /Mechanical
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Hotel Engineering
