Chief Engineer

The Chief Engineer will oversee property maintenance operations, ensuring all systems, equipment, and facilities are functioning optimally. Responsibilities include managing the maintenance team, developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental regulations. The Chief Engineer will collaborate with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience while managing budgets and vendor relationships. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

• Expertise in facility management and engineering systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other mechanical systems
• Experience in project management, maintenance scheduling, and coordinating with external contractors and vendors
• Strong knowledge of safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements in the hospitality industry
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical and operational maintenance issues
• Exceptional leadership, team management, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with relevant certifications being an advantage
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or hospitality industry is preferred
