Chief Compliance Officer

Hiring: Chief Compliance Officer to Join a fast-growing private equity platform based in GIFT City, Ahmedabad

Were looking for a driven and detail-oriented finance leader to oversee corporate finance, accounting, and compliance across our organization and portfolio companies.

What Youll Do:

• Lead finance, accounting, and compliance functions.
• Supervise accounts, audits, and due diligence.
• Ensure compliance with GIFT City & IFSC regulations.
• Manage investor communications, tax planning, payroll, cash flow, and HR operations.
• Implement strong internal controls and risk management.

Who You Are:

• CA with 1st attempt success and 34 years experience (Big 4 audit/advisory or CFO in services).
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly disciplined, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership.
