Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Compliance Officer-NBFC based in Mumbai. The Chief Compliance Officer will ensure adherence to regulatory compliance requirements, develop and implement compliance policies and procedures, and manage internal compliance audits. The role includes assessing risks, monitoring compliance practices across the organization, maintaining communication with regulatory authorities, and staying updated on industry regulations applicable to the NBFC sector.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance in the NBFC sector
• Excellent Communication skills for effective reporting, advising, and relationship-building with stakeholders
• Direct exposure to RBI compliances related to NBFCs.
• Must be a qualified Company Secretary
