Chief Compliance Officer – Crypto Exchange | ParaaCryptoce Officer (CCO) - Crypto Exchange

About the Role:

ParaaCrypto is Indias leading FIU-registered crypto exchange. Were looking for a Compliance Officer to lead regulatory engagement, ensure ongoing FIU compliance, and oversee all AML/CFT frameworks.This role involves direct reporting to the FIU (Financial Intelligence Unit of India), internal policy enforcement, and proactive risk monitoring.Responsibilities:

• Act as the Principal Officer role with FIU-IND (Govt Entity in New Delhi)
• Oversee AML/CFT processes, transaction monitoring, and STR filings
• Ensure compliance with Indias VDA regulations and global best practices
• Update internal SOPs and maintain regulatory documentation
• Coordinate with legal, tech, and operations teams on compliance escalations

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in compliance (preferably crypto, fintech, or banking)
• Strong understanding of FIU regulations, AML/CFT laws, and FATF guidelines
• Experience working in or with FIU-regulated entities
• Excellent knowledge of crypto asset risks, wallet monitoring, and KYC/KYB norms
• LLM or Masters in Law / Financial Compliance preferred
