Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

Company Background

A 30-year diversified business group with presence in manufacturing, warehousing, and real estate, recently expanded into road construction and infrastructure. The infrastructure vertical is in an early growth phase with strong expansion plans, focused on scaling operations, strengthening project execution capabilities, and building a robust commercial foundation across geographies.

Role Overview

The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) will lead the overall commercial strategy and execution for the infrastructure/machinery vertical. The CCO will be reporting to the CEO and work closely with the board of Directors to build a scalable, commercially disciplined organization capable of supporting aggressive expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new revenue opportunities including government contracts, PPP projects, and large infrastructure mandates
• Lead business development, tendering, bidding strategy, and contract negotiations
• Manage contract administration, claims, variations, and commercial risk mitigation

Candidate Profile

• Ideal candidate will have a blend of corporate leadership experience and entrepreneurial exposure (having managed or scaled own business)
• 20+ years of overall experience, with significant exposure to commercial leadership roles
