The Mission: Own the Commercial Layer of a $16T Structural Shift


Global manufacturing is undergoing its most significant supply chain rewire in 30 years. OEMs across the US, EU, and Middle East are actively diversifying away from single-source dependencies - but switching suppliers remains a high-stakes gamble.


The reason they hesitate is not cost. It is trust.


Buyers lack real-time visibility into production progress, quality consistency, and compliance readiness. This execution gap forces procurement teams to stay with expensive, familiar suppliers - even when faster, more capable, cost-effective options exist in India and other emerging manufacturing hubs.


Veridia is closing that gap.


We are building the execution infrastructure for global industrial trade - not a marketplace, not a discovery platform. A tech-led managed execution layer that integrates manufacturers across India and Southeast Asia as seamless, transparent, and fully accountable extensions of a Western OEM's supply chain.


The Role: Commercial Architect

This is a founding role. You are not joining to sell a finished product. You are joining to build the commercial foundation of a company designed for generational scale - and to define how the world sources from these new corridors.


Your Immediate Mandate:

01 Execution:Build a pipeline of 20+ qualified OEM relationships and convert 35 recurring buyers ($10K$100K pilots).

Corridor Ownership:Identify and own priority verticals and geography-specific buyer segments - from the ground up, with full autonomy.

Trust Orchestration:Position Veridia as the definitive "safe choice" for procurement heads actively rewiring their supplier networks.

Target Categories (Phase 1 Focus)

  • Precision CNC Machined Components
  • Forgings & Castings (raw and machined)
  • Fabricated Steel Structures & Precision Sheet Metal
  • Mechanical Sub-assemblies


Target Buyer Industries

Industrial machinery OEMs, automotive tier-1/tier-2, energy & infrastructure, electrical equipment, defence sub-assemblies


Ideal Profile

Experience:10-15 years in industrial B2B sales or sourcing - contract manufacturing, precision engineering, industrial supply chains, or MRO.

**Strictly no SaaS or FMCG backgrounds.

Track Record:You have personally closed and managed industrial contracts exceeding $250K. You know what a PPAP is. You've navigated supplier qualification cycles. You speak a procurement director's language.

Network:You maintain active, senior-level relationships with supply chain and procurement heads at mid-to-large OEMs ($50M-$1B+ revenue in your target geography.

Mindset:You are a hunter who values equity and autonomy over a corporate ladder. You are comfortable with zero brand leverage at the start - and energised by it, not deterred.


The Deal

This is a co-founder role for a serious, long-term partner - not a senior sales hire.

Equity:Founding-team cap table position with a standard 4-year vesting schedule.

Revenue Share:Direct revenue participation on all deals sourced and closed through your network (during the pre-salary phase).

Salary:Activates upon a defined fundraise.
