Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and visionary Co-Founder & Chief Clinical Intelligence Officer (CCIO) to lead clinical intelligence and drive strategic growth at HAI Suitcase Clinics. As CCIO, you will oversee the integration of AI into clinical workflows, ensure the highest standards of patient care, and develop innovative clinical initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with diverse stakeholders, defining clinical strategies, analyzing healthcare data for insights, and ensuring regulatory compliance in healthcare delivery. As a key leader, you will also actively contribute to business development and strategic partnerships. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Greater Bengaluru Area, with flexibility for remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Standard Treatment Protocols (STPs) and clinical SOPs
• Define structured Scope of Care frameworks (Home vs Clinic vs Referral)
• Establish clinical governance, compliance, and medico-legal safety standards
• Support alignment with applicable medical regulations and telemedicine guidelines
• Design care pathways for Pediatrics, Womens Health, and Geriatrics
• Standardize medical kits, diagnostics usage, and home-visit safety protocols
• Work with product and technology teams to integrate medical workflows into digital systems
• Build and mentor a network of doctors and clinical leaders
• Lead clinical quality audits and outcome-improvement initiatives
• Support multi-city expansion from a medical governance perspective
• Contribute to preventive and chronic care program design

Qualifications

• MD / DNB / MRCPCH / MBBS with 10+ years of clinical experience
• (Pediatrics, Family Medicine, Womens Health, or Geriatric care preferred)
• Experience developing clinical protocols and standardized care frameworks
• Strong understanding of medical governance and regulatory compliance
• Experience with hospital systems, clinic networks, or multi-location care delivery
• Exposure to digital health systems or health-tech platforms is preferred
• Leadership experience managing doctors or multidisciplinary teams
• Interest in scalable, protocol-driven healthcare delivery models

• Experience in healthcare startups or network expansion
