Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Chemist located in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. The Chief Chemist will oversee and manage all Research & Development (R&D), production and laboratory activities, ensuring adherence to stringent quality control standards.
Responsibilities include conducting research and development (R&D), improving product formulations, analyzing chemical processes, and implementing innovative techniques for advancing product quality and efficiency. The role will also focus on supporting production teams and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Organic Chemistry (Speciality in Dyestuffs).
- Prior experience in the dyestuff manufacturing industry is a requirement.
- Proficiency in Quality Control processes to ensure product consistency and compliance
- Strong Analytical Skills for testing, problem-solving, and data interpretation
- Experience in Research and Development (R&D) and conducting innovative research
- Advanced knowledge of chemical composition and application processes
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
