Edifice Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is a design consultancy working on large-scale, complex Architectural and Interior projects. We are looking for a Senior Architect to lead design delivery, coordination, and team mentoring.

Role Snapshot

• End-to-end responsibility for large-scale developer and hospitality projects
• Lead design strategy, coordination, and delivery across all project stages
• Ensure high-quality built outcomes, on time and within planned budgets
• Drive project profitability through effective planning, resourcing, and risk management
• Conduct site analysis and ensure strong design-to-execution alignment
• Oversee preparation of comprehensive design portfolios and documentation
• Ensure design fidelity during execution, responding to site queries / WSRs
• Proactively identify risks and escalate early to avoid client issues
• Build strong, long-term client relationships, driving repeat business
• Mentor, guide, and grow project teams, ensuring motivation and performance
• Review project performance post-completion to improve future delivery
• Support project publications (internal & external)

What Were Looking For

• Degree in Architecture
• 1218 years of experience, with strong exposure to developer-led and/or hospitality projects
• Proven ability to handle end-to-end project ownership
• Strong understanding of design development, execution, and national codes
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary consultants and internal teams
• Commercial acumen with a clear focus on profitability and delivery
• Excellent client-facing and leadership skills
