Position Title : Jr Program Associate Scholar Process

FullTime ( 8hrs/day / 40hrs/week)

Remuneration Rs 20,000 - 24,000 per month (depending on experience)

Location : Chennai Only (Hybrid Minimum 2 days a week at Nungambakkam office)

Availability - Monday to Friday;- 10 AM 4 PM, and 7 PM 10 PM Some Weekend hours as needed

Responsibilities

1. Manage scholar process end to end .

Manage the entire approval process including doc verification/ interviews / reference checks / home visits (with the team) for scholarships

Manage periodic touch points with scholars

Training (Yearly Mandatory training) / Internship

• Mentorship Connect Professional Mentors / Alumni Mentors with scholars
• Manage Annual and Periodic Get togethers of Scholars / Donor Visits

Periodic reporting to donors and management with relevant dashboards

* Manage Alumni relations and process

2. Any and all related activities surrounding the NGO presence in India

3. Connections and relationships with India CSRs a huge plus

4. Inspire a team of interns and volunteers to help deliver the above tasks

Requirements

• 0-3 years experience in similar NGO with similar operational goals

Or 0-3 years in Tech or other fields with excellent project management experience and now willing to switch to NGO

• Individual Donor Management / Engagement Experience is STRONGLY preferred
• CSR Management experience will be considered
• Spontaneous push to close attitude of all projects
• Attention to detail is extremely important
• Fast pacedproject experience is a must
• Data Analysis / Dashboarding / Reporting experience is a MUST
• Creating and maintaining SOP / Workflows for processes is a MUST

Passion for community service, especially in the field of education

Degree holder Arts/ Social Work / Engineering / Management

Excellent English language skills both written and spoken proficient in other languages in India is an advantage

Good communication skills to maintain relationships with members of the organization and respond to their requests regularly.

Working knowledge of Google Drive / Excel / Word / Email etc (You will be tested in this)

Own a laptop or system at home with internet connection - Online work / Telephone work etc
