Chennai– Freelance - Guest Faculty – Hardware & IT Infrastructure

This is a part-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Freelance Instructor specializing in Hardware and IT Infrastructure. The expert will be responsible for delivering training sessions, conducting interactive workshops, assessing the participants and ensuring practical knowledge transfer.

Key Skill Areas:

Computer Hardware Components, Assembling, Installation and Troubleshooting

Operating Systems Windows / Linux / macOS Installation and Configuration

Networking Fundamentals TCP/IP, IP Addressing, Networking Devices and Troubleshooting

Mobile Device Setup and OS Troubleshooting

IT Security Fundamentals, ITIL

AV Support, IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM)

Qualification:

Expertise in Computer Hardware, IT Infrastructure and System Support

Good knowledge of Operating Systems, Networking and IT Security fundamentals

Understanding of ITIL processes and IT service management practices

Excellent communication skills, presentation skills and team work

Qualification in Computer Science / IT / related discipline and relevant 3+ years of experience
