Role Description

This is a full time and part time Onsite (Work from Office ) position for a Chemistry Tutor at NIYA Academy, Bengaluru's Leading Coaching Institution for Class 10 ICSE. The role can be part-time or full-time and is strictly an on-site position based in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include teaching Chemistry topics, particularly Physical Chemistry, to students, preparing lesson plans, assisting with educational resources, conducting assessments, and providing feedback. Tutors will also be expected to foster a collaborative and engaging learning environment.

• Key Responsibility Areas
• Proficiency in Chemistry with a strong understanding of Organic Chemistry, Physical Chemistry concepts, and Mole Concept Numericals
• Ability to provide effective Class Room Tutoring and facilitate in-person teaching sessions
• Strong Communication & Presentation skills by using Digital Board to explain complex concepts clearly
• Good foundational knowledge in Mathematics to support Chemistry instruction when relevant
• Prior experience in teaching or tutoring is a plus
• Master's or higher degree in Chemistry or a related field preferred
• Passion for education and fostering student development

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's in Chemistry
• 2 - 5 Years of teaching experience in Schools / Colleges
• Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills using New Age Digital Platforms
• Willing to work in rotational shifts
• Tech Savvy
