Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ranchi for a Chemistry Teacher at The Blackboard. The Chemistry Teacher will be responsible for designing well-structured lesson plans, teaching chemistry concepts effectively to students from classes 9th to 12th, preparing students for competitive exams like JEE and NEET, and maintaining an engaging classroom environment. In addition to teaching, responsibilities include assessing student performance and providing individualized support to enhance learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Chemistry Education, with a strong grasp of subject knowledge and previous experience teaching high school or competitive exam syllabi.
• Skills in Lesson Planning and effective classroom management to deliver structured and impactful lessons.
• Proficient Communication and Teaching skills to engage with students and support their academic progress effectively.
• A master's degree in Chemistry, Education, or a related field; B.Ed. degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with JEE/NEET content and syllabus is a plus.
• A passion for teaching and nurturing the academic growth of students.
