Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chemistry Teacher at Modern School in Lucknow. The Chemistry Teacher will be responsible for preparing lesson plans, delivering engaging and effective lessons, and fostering a supportive learning environment for students. Responsibilities include teaching chemistry concepts, conducting experiments, evaluating student performance, and providing constructive feedback to help students achieve academic excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Chemistry Education and a foundational understanding of Physics to support interdisciplinary teaching
• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and the ability to design effective and engaging educational content
• Excellent Communication and Teaching skills to explain complex concepts clearly and inspire students
• A bachelor's or master's degree in Chemistry or a related field; a teaching certification is a plus
• Experience teaching in an IB, ICSE, or ISC curriculum school is preferred
• Passion for education, strong classroom management skills, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learners
