Chemical Engineer Trainer

VocSkill is an ed-tech platform founded by IIT alumni and certified by the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). We focus on practical, industry-oriented skill training that helps students become job-ready through hands-on learning.

We are looking for freshers or recently graduated students from Chemical Engineering or related fields who are interested in gaining real-world teaching and industry exposure.

This is a full-time, 2-month on-site project at ITI Aundh, where you will train ITI students in basic electroplating theory and practicals. Prior teaching experience is not requiredguidance and support will be provided.

This role is ideal for candidates looking to build strong experience in training, leadership, communication, and technical application, making it a valuable addition to your resume.

• Deliver basic theory sessions on electroplating processes
• Conduct and assist in hands-on practical lab/workshop sessions
• Explain safety procedures and correct equipment handling
• Guide and support ITI students during training activities

• Final-year students or recently completed graduation in
• Chemical Engineering / Electrochemistry / Materials / Mechanical or related fields
• Basic understanding of electroplating concepts (academic level is sufficient)
• Good communication skills and interest in teaching/training
• Willingness to learn, mentor, and work on the shop floor
