*Key Responsibilities:*

- Oversee all quality management activities ensuring conformity to aerospace and defence standards (AS9100/MIL/QMS).

- Develop, implement, and continuously improve the companys quality systems and certification programs.

- Conduct in-depth process audits, root cause analyses, and corrective actions to enhance process reliability.

- Partner with production, procurement, and engineering for material, process, and documentation compliance.

- Apply advanced quality tools: Six Sigma, Lean, SPC, FMEA, MSA, 8D etc.

- Prepare for and lead customer, regulatory, and internal audits; maintain best-in-class compliance records.

- Mentor quality personnel, drive a culture of continuous improvement, and champion high standards across operations.

*Requirements:*

- Bachelors/Masters in Chemical Engineering from a leading institute (IIT/NIT/equivalent).

- 812 years hands-on experience in quality management in electrical, cable/wire, or aerospace/defence manufacturing.

- Deep understanding of relevant materials, chemical processes, and regulations.

- Strong track record with quality systems and certifications (ISO, AS9100, etc.).

- Excellent academic background, quality orientation, analytical skills, and leadership.

- Willingness to be hands-on and actively engaged on the shop floor.

- Superior communication and process documentation skills
