Description:

Looking for a bright, capable, stable-minded chemical engineer from a reputed Institute with significant experience. The role will involve leading manufacturing at an upcoming greenfield plant at Ambernath, Maharashtra.

Key Responsibilities:

• The role is for a team leader who is capable of training, managing staff involved in production.
• The leader will be reporting directly to management.
• Tracking and achieving production targets.
• Understanding chemical reactions.
• Working towards optimizing production process.

Qualifications:

• Candidates are expected to have a minimum of 10-15 years of shop floor experience in manufacturing of fine chemicals such as APIs / Cosmetic Ingredients.
• A Diploma in Chemistry, BE or B. Tech degree with a consistent academic track record.
• Candidates are expected to be well-versed with chemical equipment, operations, utilities and managing manpower.
