Job Title: Indian_Chinese Chef

Experience: 0 to 5 Years

Location: Delhi NCR

Salary Range: 15,000 30,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook Indian_Chinese dishes such as Hakka Noodles, Manchurian, Chilli Chicken, Fried Rice, Spring Rolls, and other popular menu items
• Ensure food quality, taste consistency, and presentation standards
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow food safety standards
• Manage kitchen inventory and assist in stock planning
• Work efficiently during peak hours and coordinate with kitchen staff

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of Indian_Chinese cuisine and sauces
• Wok cooking skills
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work in a team
• Time management and multitasking skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or certification in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts
• Experience in restaurant, cloud kitchen, or QSR
