We are seeking a talented and experienced multi-cuisine chef to join our culinary team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in preparing a variety of cuisines and maintaining high standards of taste, quality, hygiene, and presentation. The role requires creativity, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present dishes across multiple cuisines (Continental, Chinese, and other international cuisines).
• Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation of all dishes.
• Assist in menu planning and introduce innovative dishes to enhance the menu.
• Ensure strict adherence to kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Monitor kitchen inventory and coordinate with suppliers for ingredient procurement.
• Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff to maintain operational efficiency.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and usage of food items to minimise waste.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a multi-cuisine chef in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality establishment.
• Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and international cuisines.
• Ability to perform efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
