We are looking for a skilled and experienced Bengali Cuisine Chef to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in preparing authentic Bengali dishes and maintaining high standards of taste, quality, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare authentic Bengali dishes (fish curries, biryani, rice dishes, traditional sweets, etc.)
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
• Manage daily kitchen operations and stock requirements
• Coordinate with team members for smooth service

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Bengali cuisine
• Strong knowledge of traditional Bengali spices and cooking techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Team-oriented and disciplined
