What youll do:

Create and crack new-age Biryani recipes (Indian + Middle Eastern focus)

Experiment with flavors, textures & finishing techniques

Standardize recipes for scale without losing soul

Work directly with founders on menu innovation

Who you are:

Culinary graduate / up to 2 years experience

A self-starter who doesnt wait for instructions

Obsessed with flavor, detail, and experimentation

Thinks beyond traditional but respects it
