Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Live Chat Support Executive to join our team for a UK international process. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in handling international customers via live chat, ensuring prompt, professional, and accurate responses to queries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide real-time assistance to customers via live chat for UK-based clients.
• Resolve customer queries related to products, services, and account issues efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.
• Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions in the system.
• Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 13 years in international live chat support (mandatory).
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and chat platforms.
• Willingness to work in UK shifts (including night shifts).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in UK or other international processes.
• Knowledge of e-commerce, banking, or telecom domains is a plus.
