Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chat Support Specialist located in Gurugram. The Chat Support Specialist will be responsible for managing customer interactions via chat, resolving customer inquiries, providing technical support, and troubleshooting issues. The role also involves analyzing customer needs and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective communication.

• Strong Customer Support and Communication skills to engage effectively with customers
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support for resolving technical issues
• Excellent Analytical Skills to identify root causes and provide solutions to customer concerns

• Previous experience in customer or technical support is an advantage
