Job Description:

1. Resolving customer queries over Chat, Email & phone.

2. Ensure zero compliance issues in terms of customer service.

3. Typing speed of 45 WPM & with an accuracy of 97%.

4. Conduct activities & plans strategy to bring improvement in the teams assigned

5. Should be flexible with rotational shifts.

6. Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills in English.

Skills Required for the Role:

1. We need typing speed up to 45 WPM & with an accuracy of 97%.

2. Candidate should be Graduate

Years of Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years

Type of Experience: International Process (US will be advantage)
