Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Chat Process Executive to manage real-time customer interactions over chat. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, resolving queries quickly, and ensuring an excellent customer experience with every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries through live chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, availability, and services.
- Understand customer needs and guide them with the right solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, sales, technical) to resolve issues.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing queries effectively and courteously.
- Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously with speed and accuracy.
- Maintain logs of conversations and ensure data accuracy.
Skills & Qualifications
- 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent written communication skills with proper grammar and clarity.
- Strong typing speed and ability to multitask.
- Professional, customer-centric approach.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Experience in chat support (preferred but not mandatory).
