About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Chat Process Executive to manage real-time customer interactions over chat. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, resolving queries quickly, and ensuring an excellent customer experience with every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries through live chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, availability, and services.
  • Understand customer needs and guide them with the right solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, sales, technical) to resolve issues.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing queries effectively and courteously.
  • Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously with speed and accuracy.
  • Maintain logs of conversations and ensure data accuracy.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
  • Excellent written communication skills with proper grammar and clarity.
  • Strong typing speed and ability to multitask.
  • Professional, customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Experience in chat support (preferred but not mandatory).
