VRP Global Infratech is a growing real estate development firm undertaking residential and plotted development projects. We are looking to engage a qualified Chartered Accountant on a contract/retainer basis to handle our accounting and statutory compliance requirements.

• Maintenance and oversight of company accounts
• Finalization of books of accounts
• GST compliance (returns, reconciliation, filings)
• Ensuring compliances under company act
• Income tax compliance and advisory
• TDS compliance and filings
• Support during audits and assessments
• Advisory on tax planning and regulatory matters relevant to real estate operations
• Coordination with internal team and management as required

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Experience handling companies with 2030 Cr+ turnover preferred
• Prior exposure to real estate / infrastructure / construction sector is a plus
• Strong understanding of Indian taxation and compliance frameworks
• Comfortable working as an independent professional / firm

• Engagement will be on a professional retainer / contractual basis
• Not a permanent or payroll role
• Fee structure to be discussed based on scope and experience
• Long-term association preferred
