Location: Corporate Office (Kolkata)

Reporting To: Managing Director

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and consolidate annual budgets .
Review and support contract finalization from a financial and compliance perspective.
Analyze actual performance against budgets and identify key variances with corrective actions.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of data from various plant finance teams.
Highlight key performance indicators, cost trends, and operational efficiency parameters.
Monitor fund utilization, inter-company transactions, and group-level reconciliations.
Identify areas for process improvement, cost reduction, and better financial control.
Support decision-making on vendor contracts, CAPEX, and project budgeting.
Act as a bridge between the MDs Office and the finance teams of all group entities.
Liaise with auditors, consultants, and banks on matters requiring the MDs Office involvement.
Track and follow up on pending financial actions and reports from different units.
Act as a single point of contact between the MD and finance, accounts, and operations teams

Qualifications & Experience:

Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory
10-15 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a diversified manufacturing or group company setup
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
Exposure to project costing and fund flow.
