Location: Surat , Gujarat

Salary budget : upto 12 lacs

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant with proven experience in a manufacturing plant environment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial management, cost control, and compliance to ensure smooth financial operations of the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage plant budgets , forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Conduct cost analysis to support pricing decisions and improve cost efficiency.
• Oversee daily banking operations, payments, receipts, and transaction management .
• Monitor and control inventory accounting , including stock valuation and reconciliations.
• Handle export transactions, foreign remittances, and related compliance .
• Prepare and review Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and Balance Sheets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Support statutory audits, tax audits, and ensure adherence to accounting standards and compliance .
• Liaise with cross-functional teams (production, purchase, sales) for accurate financial reporting.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost accounting, and inventory management .
• Experience in banking operations and export transactions .
• Proficiency in financial reporting, MIS preparation, and compliance .
• Excellent command over P&L, Balance Sheet preparation, and reconciliations .
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in ERP/Tally/SAP and MS Excel .

Qualification:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing plant
