About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong experience in end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, and financial analysis . The role involves managing core accounting activities while supporting management with financial insights, planning support, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, and month-end close.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with applicable standards.
• Perform variance analysis on actuals vs budget and provide explanations to management.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities in coordination with business teams.
• Prepare MIS, management reports, and financial dashboards .
• Monitor costs, margins, and cash flows and highlight key financial trends.
• Support statutory audit, internal audit, and compliance requirements.
• Handle and lead a team of 710 members.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and financial governance.

Skills & Competencies

• CA with Indian Accounting experience is eligible for this role.
• Good understanding of financial analysis, budgeting support, and MIS reporting .
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint ; ERP exposure (SAP/Oracle/Tally) preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
• High accuracy, attention to detail, and ownership mindset.

Preferred Profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory
• Experience in Accounting, Finance Operations, or Corporate Finance
• Exposure to growing or multi-entity organizations is an advantage
