Chartered Accountant

Job Title: Chartered Accountant (Listed Entity Experience Mandatory 5-8 exp)

Location: Peeragarhi

CTC: Up to 18 LPA

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong experience in handling finance and compliance functions of a listed company. The candidate must have hands-on experience with SEBI, BSE/NSE compliances, taxation, and financial reporting.

• Handling all SEBI compliances applicable to listed entities
• Managing BSE/NSE listing compliances, filings, and disclosures
• Preparation and filing of quarterly, half-yearly, and annual reports
• Ensuring compliance with Companies Act, 2013 and other regulatory requirements
• Managing GST compliance, returns, reconciliations, and assessments
• Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns and handling tax assessments
• Finalization of accounts and coordination with statutory auditors
• Preparation of MIS reports for management review and decision-making
• Handling internal controls, audits, and financial analysis
• Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory
• Minimum 58 years of post-qualification experience
• Must have worked with a Listed Entity (Mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations and BSE/NSE compliances
• Sound knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and financial reporting standards
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
