Chartered Accountant Trainee

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated CA Articleship Trainee to support our finance, taxation, and audit functions. The trainee will gain hands-on exposure in accounting finalisation, statutory compliances, GST, income tax, and audits while working closely with experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts and post journal entries
• Assist in month-end/year-end closing and financial statement preparation
• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
• Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, reconciliations)
• Support income tax return filings and TDS compliances
• Handle basic tax computations and documentation
• Support statutory, tax, and internal audits
• Perform vouching, verification, and audit documentation
• Assist in preparing audit reports and schedules
• Prepare Excel-based reports and reconciliations
• Assist in financial analysis and client reporting

Eligibility

• CA Intermediate (at least one group cleared preferred)
• Basic knowledge of accounting standards, GST & Income Tax
• Familiarity with Tally/Excel or similar tools
