Handle end-to-end accounting for international subsidiaries in the US, Singapore, Israel, and other regions
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with consolidated reporting
Ensure compliance with IFRS , Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), and local GAAP for each subsidiary
Manage foreign currency transactions , including FX gain/loss tracking, hedging support, and currency conversion compliance
Monitor intercompany transactions , eliminations, and transfer pricing documentation
Coordinate with external auditors (domestic and international) for statutory and internal audits
Lead regulatory filings : FEMA, FCGPR, ECB, BEPS, and other RBI/SEZ-related filings
Support budgeting, cost controls, and profitability analysis of global projects
Collaborate with business teams and legal counsel for export documentation and SCOMET compliance from a finance perspective
Work with the leadership team on investor reporting, fund utilization, and strategic finance initiatives
