Its a Chartered Accountants Firm based in Mumbai, located at Nariman Point. We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-driven Chartered Accountant and/or Post Graduate in Finance from a reputed institution to join our team as an Associate .

In this role, you will apply your knowledge of commerce, finance, and law to support clients across regulatory compliance, legal documentation, and advisory engagements within the financial services domain. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to regulatory frameworks while working closely with experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Legal & Regulatory Compliance

• Support compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements for the firm and its clients
• Review, interpret, and analyze legal documents, contracts, and agreements
• Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, policies, and other legal documentation

2. Financial Advisory Support

• Work closely with the financial advisory team to ensure legal and regulatory considerations are embedded into financial strategies
• Assist in preparing financial reports and documentation linked to compliance and regulatory matters

3. Client Advisory

• Provide regulatory and legal support to clients operating in the financial services sector
• Conduct legal research and analytical assessments on regulatory and compliance issues impacting client businesses

4. Regulatory Monitoring & Updates

• Track changes in laws, regulations, and guidelines relevant to the financial services industry
• Assist in implementing regulatory updates to ensure continuous compliance

5. Documentation & Compliance Tracking

• Maintain well-organized records of legal documents and compliance activities
• Prepare compliance reports, summaries, and trackers
• Regularly update compliance monitoring tools and registers

Key Expectations

1. Education

• Chartered Accountant and/or Post Graduate in Finance
• Additional professional qualifications in finance or related fields will be an advantage

2. Experience

• Prior experience in corporate law, compliance, or financial services is preferred but not mandatory
• Fresh Post graduates with strong academic credentials are encouraged to apply
