Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Fresher Chartered Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the willingness to learn by engaging hands-on with clients and real-time financial operations.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct on-site visits to client premises for audit assignments.
- Prepare, review, and examine financial statements and accounting records.
- Ensure adherence to applicable accounting standards, statutory requirements, and regulatory compliances.
- Assist in statutory, internal, tax, and management audits as assigned.
- Identify discrepancies, analyse financial data, and assist in preparing audit reports.
- Prepare and interpret financial reports for internal and client use.
- Support in providing financial and tax-related advisory services to clients.
- Coordinate with client teams to gather required information and resolve audit queries.
- Stay updated on amendments in accounting, taxation, and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, Income Tax & auditing standards.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and accounting tools (advantage).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Newly Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Articleship experience in audit, taxation, or finance preferred.
- Exposure to diverse industries and real-time audit assignments.
