Hiring: Senior Chartered Accountant

Industry: EPC / Infrastructure / Project-Based Company

Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience

We are looking for a Senior Chartered Accountant for our EPC company to oversee taxation, banking, financial matters, and site-related finance operations. The candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end finance and accounts functions while also supervising teams, coordinating with project sites, and ensuring strong financial and operational control across the organization. The role will work under the direction of the CFO and will be required to report regularly to the CFO on all critical financial, taxation, banking, compliance, and operational matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee direct and indirect taxation, compliance, assessments, notices, and related matters
• Supervise all financial matters, including accounting, MIS, finalization, audits, and internal controls
• Manage and monitor banking operations, including fund-based and non-fund-based limits, documentation, compliance, and coordination with banks/financial institutions
• Ensure proper financial oversight of project sites, including cost monitoring, billing support, fund flow, and financial discipline
• Lead and manage finance/accounts teams and ensure proper reporting systems
• Work closely under the guidance and direction of the CFO and ensure effective implementation of financial and operational instructions across the organization
• Report to the CFO on key financial, banking, taxation, compliance, and site-related matters on a timely basis
• Coordinate with management on strategic financial decisions and operational matters
• Drive process improvement, compliance culture, and timely reporting across departments and sites

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong experience in EPC / infrastructure / project-based industry
• Sound knowledge of taxation, banking, finance, compliance, and project/site financial controls
• Strong team handling and leadership skills
• Ability to work closely with CFO and management on both strategic and operational finance matters

Local candidates from Jaipur may be preferred.
