Job Title: Chartered Accountant Banking & Credit Management

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage end-to-end banking operations for a company having fund-based and non-fund-based credit facilities under Multiple Banking Arrangement (MBA).

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling day-to-day banking operations relating to CC, WCDL, LC, BG and other credit facilities
• Preparation and submission of stock statements, CMA data, cash budgets, QIS, quarterly reports and other submissions to banks/financial institutions
• Managing annual renewal, enhancement, sanction letter compliance and resolution of bank/financial institution queries
• Handling LC/BG issuance, amendment, assessment, follow-up and documentation work
• Monitoring BG commission charges, cancellation cases, refund compliance and verification of refund amounts
• Checking bank interest, FDR interest, bank charges and related workings/reconciliations
• Managing FDRs kept as margin/security, including lien marking, maturity tracking, interest and related records
• Tracking collateral-related matters, including property valuation, insurance renewal, security documentation and compliance
• Coordinating credit rating work, ASM audit workings and other banking compliance requirements
• Coordinating with other banks / financial institutions / financiers for new loan arrangements, tie-ups, proposals, documentation and follow-up for financial assistance
• Maintaining proper records of sanction letters, collateral papers, compliance documents and banking correspondence

Preferred Profile:

• Experience in corporate banking operations / loan processing / banking compliance
• Good knowledge of CMA / QIS / stock statements / sanction terms / collateral management / banking documentation
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial workings
• Experience in dealing with banks, NBFCs and other financial institutions
• Prior experience in EPC / infrastructure / construction industry will be preferred
