Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (Fresher) who is eager to build a strong career in finance, accounting, and compliance. The role offers exposure to financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, and business finance activities across the group.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and analysis of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Handle GST, TDS, and direct tax compliance, including return filings and reconciliations.
• Support statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits by coordinating with auditors and preparing required documentation.
• Manage accounts payable, receivables, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Monitor financial controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management decision-making.
• Support management with financial data, reporting, and business insights.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Taxation, and Financial Reporting.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and corporate tax regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to ERP systems such as Zoho, Tally, SAP, or similar tools will be an advantage.
