Job Description:

Position: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Company: Balaji Kutir Private Limited

Job Location: Kolkata, West Bengal

Annual CTC: 5 7 Lakhs Per Annum

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualified ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant) from ICAI
• Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance
• Good analytical and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial accounting, reporting, and statutory compliance
• Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and MIS reports
• Handle direct and indirect taxation matters (GST, Income Tax, TDS, etc.)
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities
• Ensure compliance with company law and financial regulations
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning
• Support management with financial analysis and decision-making inputs

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and taxation
• Proficiency in Tally / accounting software and MS Excel
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Note: Candidates based in Kolkata or willing to relocate will be preferred.
