M P Doshi & Associates is a fast-growing, quality-driven Chartered Accountancy firm and we are now looking for a high-potential Chartered Accountant to take on a leadership role as Head of Practice .

This is not a routine CA job .

The Role: What You Will Own

As Head of Practice , you will be responsible for:

Leadership & Team Management

• Plan, delegate, and supervise work across the team
• Build execution discipline, timelines, and quality benchmarks
• Act as the operational backbone of the firm

Technical Excellence & Strategy

• Lead tax research in Direct & Indirect Taxes
• Provide strategic inputs in complex matters, structuring, and advisory
• Be the go-to person for high-level technical discussions

Audit, Compliance & Finalisation

• Supervise and finalise statutory audits
• Ensure high-quality compliance delivery in Income Tax, GST, and allied laws
• Maintain strong review and quality control standards
