Assistant Manager / Manager Taxation

Mafatlal Industries Limited is looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 35 years of post-qualification experience in Direct and Indirect Taxation to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and experience in managing tax compliance, audits, and statutory reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage GST compliance registration, return filing, reconciliations, audits, and handling departmental notices.
• Oversee Income Tax matters including TDS, TCS, Advance Tax, Assessments, Appeals, and Refunds.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax filing, audit, and statutory compliance under applicable laws.
• Support tax planning, structuring, and litigation matters in coordination with consultants.
• Maintain compliance under the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and GST laws.

Desired Profile:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 24 years of relevant experience.
• Sound understanding of Income Tax and GST regulations.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
