Chartered Accountant

Role Summary

We are scouting a qualified Chartered Accountant (78 years post-qualification experience) for a full-time industry role based in Gurugram. The role requires a strategic finance professional with strong expertise in financial planning & analysis, statutory compliance, financial controls, and business performance management. Preference will be given to candidates with corporate/industry experience (a mix of consulting and corporate may be considered; purely consulting background not preferred).

Key Responsibilities

Lead Annual Operating Plan (AOP), budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights to leadership.

Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with Ind AS.

Ensure statutory compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, PF, ESI and other regulations.

Manage internal and external audits and strengthen financial control frameworks.

Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, and working capital to ensure liquidity.

Oversee banking operations, investments, and borrowings.

Support investor reporting, MIS dashboards, and due diligence processes.

Drive cost optimization initiatives and financial risk mitigation strategies.

Ensure effective utilization of ERP systems and automation to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

Chartered Accountant (ICAI) certification Mandatory.

78 years of post-qualification experience.

Preference for candidates with corporate/industry experience.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (Ind AS) and statutory compliance.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
