Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA) - US Accounting & Payroll

Location: Rohini, Delhi (Work from Office)

Shift Timings: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST | (To align with US Business Hours)

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage our US-focused accounting and payroll operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US payroll processing, compliance, and hands-on experience with QuickBooks. This is a critical role ensuring accurate financial reporting and payroll management for our US entity/team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end US payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle payroll classifications and documentation: W-2, 1099 forms, Timesheets, etc.
• Maintain and manage complete bookkeeping and accounting records using QuickBooks Online/Desktop .
• Ensure compliance with US federal and state payroll & tax regulations.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and payroll ledgers.
• Prepare and file periodic payroll tax returns and other compliance reports.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with the US team to resolve accounting and payroll queries.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) .
• Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in US accounting and payroll.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with QuickBooks (Certification is a plus).
• In-depth, practical knowledge of US payroll structures: W-2, 1099 (NEC/MISC), timesheet management, and related compliance.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP principles.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a night shift.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
