Chartered Accountant - FP&A

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly financial reporting for internal company accounts
• Prepare and analyze MIS reports , variance analysis, and performance dashboards
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and rolling forecasts for internal functions
• Track actuals vs budget and provide clear insights on cost trends and drivers
• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities in coordination with accounting teams
• Develop and maintain financial models to support management decision-making
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of financial data and reports
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (HR, Operations, Admin, IT) on cost control and planning
• Drive process improvements and automation in FP&A and reporting workflows
• Assist leadership with ad-hoc financial analysis and presentations

Qualifications & Experience

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA India) is mandatory
• 58 years of relevant experience in FP&A / Financial Planning & Analysis
• Prior experience handling internal accounts or corporate finance is preferred
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
• Excellent proficiency in Excel ; experience with ERP systems is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
