Chartered Accountant

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 23 years post-qualification experience for our well-known CA Firm in Pune.

Job Description:

• Should be able to handle Internal Audit and Statutory Audit assignments for large, mid-size and growing corporate clients across the manufacturing, infrastructure, IT/ITES, mobility, and other services sectors.

• Internal Audit & Risk Advisory:

1) Planning and execution of Internal Audits.

2) Process audits covering Revenue, Purchases, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Payroll, and Treasury.

3) Review and documentation of SOPs, IFC / ICFR, and Risk Control Matrices (RCM) Control testing,

identification of gaps, and preparation of Internal Audit Reports.

4) Participation in audit closure meetings with client management.

• Statutory Audits:

1)Execution of Statutory Audits under Companies Act / LLP Act.

2)Review of financial statements under Ind AS / IGAAP.

3)CARO reporting and audit documentation as per ICAI Standards on Auditing Coordination with seniors, partners, and client finance teams.

• Key Skills:

1)Strong understanding of audit processes and internal controls.

2)Good knowledge of IndAS and IGAAP.

3)Good analytical and documentation skills.

4)Excellent knowledge of Excel and Word.

5)Professional communication and ownership mindset.
