Job Title: Chartered Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting & Finance
• Oversee and manage complete books of accounts
• Ensure accuracy of financial records, ledgers, and MIS reports
• Supervise day-to-day accounting activities and team (if applicable)
• Manage cash flow, bank reconciliation, and fund utilization

Taxation & Compliance

• Handle GST compliance including returns, reconciliation, and assessments
• Manage Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory compliances
• Prepare and review tax workings, notices, and replies
• Ensure timely filing of all statutory returns

Audit & Regulatory

• Handle all types of audits (Statutory, Internal, Tax, GST, Concurrent, etc.)
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure smooth audit closures
• Ensure compliance with NBFC regulations, RBI guidelines, and reporting norms

NBFC & Loan Operations

• Strong understanding of NBFC company structure and operations
• Knowledge of all types of loans (Personal, Business, Secured/Unsecured, etc.)
• Support loan accounting, interest calculation, NPA tracking, and provisioning
• Ensure compliance related to lending and recovery processes

Liaisoning & Coordination

• Liaison with GST, Income Tax, Banks, Auditors, and other authorities
• Coordinate with internal departments and senior management
• Assist in financial planning and decision-making

Eligibility & Skills

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory
• Proven experience in NBFC or finance/lending companies preferred
• Strong expertise in GST, Taxation, Audits, and Compliance
• In-depth knowledge of NBFC laws, RBI norms, and loan products
• Experience in liaisoning and regulatory coordination
• Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting software
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
