Chartered Accountant- Accounts Manager

Ankit Chokshi & Co. is looking for an experienced Accounts Manager from a CA firm background who can independently manage client accounting, lead a small team, and ensure timely finalisation and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should be strong in reviewing work, closing books, preparing reports, and coordinating with clients to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibility:

• Lead end-to-end accounting for multiple clients, including monthly and year-end finalisation
• Review books and entries in Tally Prime and ensure accuracy and compliance
• Handle GST compliance: GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C and GSTR-2B reconciliation/ITC matching
• Manage TDS/TCS compliances: deductions, returns, challans, Form 16/16A and reconciliations
• Support Income Tax work: ITR preparation, computation, basic notices support and workings
• Prepare and review reconciliations: bank, ledger, vendor/customer, GST, TDS
• Assist in audit work: schedules, working papers, documentation and coordination
• Coordinate with clients for data, clarifications, closures and compliance timelines
• Guide and review juniors work, allocate tasks, and ensure team delivery

Qualification:

• 1 year experience in accounting/compliances with CA firm exposure mandatory
• Strong knowledge of finalisation, GST, TDS/TCS, reconciliations, and reporting
• Hands-on experience with Tally Prime and MS Excel
• Ability to manage deadlines, maintain documentation, and communicate professionally with clients
• Team handling/review mindset and ownership of deliverables

• CA
• Experience handling multiple clients and working under time-bound compliance environment
