Characterization Engineer - Digital & Mixed Signal SoC)

Responsibilities:

• Understand the block and their functionalities
• Understand IP/Datasheet electrical parameters.
• Automation development for new parameters.
• Identify and debug the root cause of the issue.
• Should be familiar with using lab equipment such as SMU, Spretrum Analyzer, Oscilloscopes, Signal generators, Logic Analyzers.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electronics Engineering.
• Strong understanding of Digital and Analog blocks in SoCs.
• Experience in automation using LabVIEW/Python for instrument communication.
• Understanding of communication protocols like I2C, SPI, UART, CAN-FD, LIN etc.
• Good debug skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 1 -2 years of experience in Digital & Mixed signal SoC products.
